Good food, great fun
Rondue food is fresh, healthy and low in fat. You'll enjoy the tastiest chicken, the tenderest steak,
and the crunchiest vegetables you've ever cooked. You can marinate foods for extra flavour
(chicken especially benefits from this) or cook them just as they are (beef tastes amazing cooked simply on Rondue).
Most foods are best cut into strips or chopped for quicker cooking, and you can dip vegetables in oil to help them cook too.
Some of our Rondue favourites:
- Asparagus wrapped in parma ham
- Aubergine, thinly sliced
- Beef steak strips, about 1.5cm thick
- Chicken strips, about 2cm thick
- Fish and vegetable skewers
- Mushrooms, sliced or whole
- Tuna steak slices, about 2cm thick
- Scallops
- Whole tiger prawns
- Whole cherry tomatoes
